PRESCHOOL

The St. Peter Preschool curriculum offers a multi-sensory and hands-on approach to learning for our 3-, 4- and 5-year-old students with a focus on the child’s mind, body, and spirit in a caring, safe and catholic-based atmosphere.  We promote learning through exploration. Each child learns about the world around them at their own pace, interest, and learning style.  Our preschool students soon discover there is a lot to learn and learning is FUN!

Inspiring the Love of New Experiences

St. Peter Preschool Program is designed to develop our student’s social, emotional, fine motor, and communication skills in a nurturing, catholic-based environment. From the first day, our students learn their classroom routines and enjoy many, fun activities while learning social and academic skills.  During large group instruction time, our teacher introduces calendar activities, letter sounds and sight words, and math operations as well as social emotional awareness. Independent and cooperative learning stations are set up around the classroom.   Preschoolers also participate in enrichment activities such as art, computer, music, and physical education.
